Maybe I can help curve your appetite for the above burger by offering this article on "Pink Slime" in most ground beef products which is considered "not fit for human consumption" until it disinfected by using ammonia. Hope this helps you look for better beef when dining out, I think McDonald's has scraped the pink slime in their burgers.
